Financial Turnaround and New Campus Acquisition
Assisted with the financial turnaround of a storied Chicago Catholic high school and advised on the negotiations and purchase of a 74,000 square foot academic complex and 20-acre campus in North Central Chicago. The school is now experiencing record enrollments.

$165m Public Private Partnership
Guided the establishment of a public-private partnership between the DePaul University, the City of Chicago, and the McCormick Place convention Center to finance and construct of the 10,000-seat Wintrust Arena on the city’s Near South Side. The facility opened in 2017.
Asset Management and $200m Facility Monetization
Served as president of the Educational Advancement Fund, a nonprofit joint venture serving four Chicago universities, overseeing the successful operation of the 1,729-bed, 18-story “superdorm” known as the University Center of Chicago. In 2017, led the marketing and sale of the facility for an amount exceeding $200 million.
